We will be holding the "Open Factory World Forum (OFWF)".

The theme for this time is,

“The Joy and Meaning of Work”

We tend to take "work" and "organizations" for granted.

But in reality,

There are countless stories there.

How did it start?

What difficulties have you overcome?

How have you grown while interacting with people and the community?

In this forum,

We welcomed three organizations from Japan and overseas.

We will share our individual, real-life journeys, centered around the process from birth to maturity .

Furthermore, in the second half, through a panel discussion involving all the speakers, we will explore together with the participants how open organizations can grow together with their people.

EmPath sees this space not merely as an event, but as a "bridge connecting practices around the world."

Transforming experiences born in each region into "questions" and "lessons" that everyone can relate to.

In addition, a pre-event talk session is scheduled to be held from June to August prior to the main event.

We will delve deeper into the stories of each organization in a relaxed atmosphere.

What you'll gain from this forum is not just knowledge; it should provide an opportunity to re-examine what work means to you.
