I recently read an article about *play*.

Play is something that anyone can enjoy, regardless of age or location.

And surprisingly, it seems to have positive effects on health and well-being as well.

That's what I thought after reading it.

I think the joy of working with EmPath lies precisely in this.

Life can be difficult, with illness, poverty, and conflict.

But incorporating playfulness and beauty into the dramatic process of life is

I think it will lead to happiness.

I will be attending the Nordic Happiness Summit, which will be held in Stockholm this May.
